Say No to the Drink and Yes to Water!

It’s free and way better for you and will lighten you lunch or dinner ticket from $2-10.  I realize this is not a tip we will want to employ all the time (even I get tiered of it) but considering the amount of sugar that goes into regular soda and how much a restaurant jacks up the price of their alcohol (and fountain drinks)…So if you are not ordering something of value to your body such as milk or real fruit juice, then remember our body NEEDS water, and thrives on it….and it doesn’t hurt to pocket the saved money.
