Say yes to the doggie bag. Say yes to splitting a meal with your friend, colleague or spouse. Today’s sit-down meals are just TOO large for daily diet. If we were to consume an entire plate you will often find it is an entire days calories, fat, carbs, sodium and everything else. Yes it is yummy and comforting. But it is also too much. Save yourself the money and the extra pounds and take half home.
