Laura’s Cheap Trick #45

Look for Matching Gifts.

So now what should you do with all this saved money.  At some point in your life please tell me you are donating to a non-profit.  Great you have volunteered your time and served on a board.  But straight up cash is what keeps the lights on and pays the salaries of the needed employees to keep the place really running.  When these non-profits have fund drives look for and pay attention to the matching gift opportunities or ask when you call in if a matching gift donation is happening and double your donation dollars.
